Terrible speeds

My speeds were great and then I don't know what happen my speed test readings are now saying 425 uploads and 1 download which is kind of wild.

I have tried the hard power cycles on the modem and the wifi points, I have also tested speeds from my modem and I am getting the correct speeds 500/500. I have called but the person was no help he needed up hanging up on me and told I have to buy a new one even though it's only 2 years old.

If anyone has any ideas what could I could do that would great ! Thank you in advance

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your Google Wifi network. You mentioned that you already called our Google support. Could you provide the case ID number so I can take a look?
