Trouble With the Family Filter Options

Hi all,

I have been having this problem with the Nest WiFi. My windows laptop used to be set up with the family filter option for websites, but I have since decided to turn it off. I went into the app and disabled the filter in the family control section, however, when I restart my laptop and WiFi and go onto some of the blocked websites, the family filter says it's still there and I have no access to the website. I have also gone and deleted all family timetables and options that affect my specific device in any way and it still doesn't fix anything. Also, my phone is able to access all of these websites without any issue with the filter.

Thanks so much, this is starting to become really, really frustrating. 😅
