I am getting a “trouble connecting to the cloud network” while trying to set up a brand new Nest WiFi Router. All of my restarts and factory resets haven’t worked. Help!

Where do you live (country), what ISP, what modem (brand and model), and how have you connected the Nest Wifi router to it (ports, what kind of cables).
If you are indeed following the steps from the setup guide:
It sounds like certain traffic gets blocked. I'd contact your ISP if I were you.
