Before I knew about the AWS outage, I tried resetting my Nest as it was not responding. As suggested, I deleted and reintalled the app . The new app asks for an entry key and when I enter the code it still won't connect. I have restarted the Nest but no luck. My phone and nest are on the same network. What next?
