Trying to add device not recognized

I had to reset my Wi-Fi nest after Spectrum installed a new modem. Now the light blinks indicating it is ready for setup but the app can’t find it. I just goes back and asks me again what I am trying to add

I see you selected iOS as your setup device. I'd recommend checking a few things:
