I'm unable to change the WAN settings for my Google Nest Wifi Pro.
I've followed previous instructions and unplugged the ethernet, waited for the amber light to start blinking, and this allows me to actually access the WAN settings in the app, but when I try to change them and press the 'save' floppy disc button, it says "oops" and there's an error and it can't be saved. I'm not sure what else to do.
I would really like to avoid having to factory reset if possible.
Thanks.

Hello Wynterfell,
Thanks for reaching out. We'd love to help.
A few questions: what connection method are you trying to save? What connection method are you currently using? Can you provide the Google Home app version that's installed on your phone?
Please let me know if you were able to follow this instruction to change the WAN settings of your Wi-Fi network. Disconnect the Ethernet cable from your ISP modem and Google Nest Wifi Pro router. Wait until the LED light pulses yellow or orange. Make sure your phone is still connected to your Nest Wifi network before trying to change the WAN settings. Once the setting is saved, plug the cable back into the modem and router.
Let me know how it goes.
Sincerely,
Lovely

I've tried those instructions - unfortunately, the settings do not save. It says there's an error and settings cannot be saved at this time.
I just ended up resetting all of my nests.
