Unable to install the google nest on my actual network

I purchased a Google Nest Pro device, that comes with two Nest access points, but when I try to connect it, the App Home, asks for a code on the bottom of the device, the Pro device, has it, but the two access points do not have this code, the app suggest that I can add it using the wifi connection directly to the google nest access point, but it requests a password, which is not listed.  Screenshot 2024-04-25 at 12.56.29 PM.pngPHOTO-2024-04-25-13-00-07.jpgPHOTO-2024-04-25-13-00-08.jpg

Did you try the steps below? The few times I've had to contact Support, I've gotten a callback within a minute or so.

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

I found this Help topic; I don't know if it will help or not.

It says:

"If the QR code label is missing or you’re unable to scan it with your phone, you can manually retrieve a Nest Wifi device or Google Wifi point code and enter the QR code into the Google Home app."

I have no idea why the QR code would be missing.

Thank you, but do not solve it,  it asks to connect via cable, the access point does not have an RJ45 port, so can not be connected. and if I were to connect it for a password, as you can see in the pictures, and the article does not provide any valid solution.

If you’re unable to scan the QR code, tap Continue without scanning, then enter the setup key on the bottom of your device. there is not info...

So the article does not provide a valid solution, I asked for a call and they did not call me back in support.
