@Derickf, I finally submitted the report for additional help (go to the thread Unable to reach computer through Google wifi (https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Nest-Wifi/Unable-to-reach-computer-through-Google-wifi/m-p/66...) for original information). I had to start this new thread as the older one is locked for replies

It looks like you're using Starlink. From what I can tell, Starlink uses "Carrier Grade NAT" (CGNAT), which is another level of IPv4 address sharing inside their network. This is unlikely to allow inbound connections. If you've put the Starlink router in bridge mode, you should be able to tell if your system is using CGNAT if your Google WiFi WAN IP address is in the 100.64.0.0/10 prefix (between 100.64.0.1 - 100.127.255.254).
Here's a Starlink article with more details: https://www.starlink.com/support/article/1192f3ef-2a17-31d9-261a-a59d215629f4
If you have a Starlink plan that allows "public" instead of "default" (CGNAT), then you should be able to switch to that and get a public IPv4 address, then set up port forwarding through your single layer of NAT in the Google WiFi router. If your Starlink plan doesn't support "public", getting inbound IPv4 connections through CGNAT will be significantly more difficult.
But, it looks like Starlink has good IPv6 support already, so you may have an easier time getting that to work, if your external clients support IPv6.
I hope this helps – caveat that I don't have Starlink myself, but I recall researching this for another person some time ago.

@MichaelP, thank you for your information. I check my IP address and it starts with 100. I'll look into whether I can use IPv6 or switch to a public plan. I'll let folks know what I find out

The Google Nest support team reached out to me. This is what I sent them. I haven't received a reply as of yet.
Thank you for following up with me. I took a look at the article provided by MichaelP regarding options relating to StarLink (which can be found at the link that @MichaelP provided above) I was able to confirm that my StarLink account uses CGNAT, and so could not be reached from an outside source via IPv4 irrespective of what I did to assign a static LAN IP and forward ports to the computer. I looked at the other IPv4 options at the StarLink website, but since I live in an RV and move around, none of the premium service plans will work for me.
Based on this, my only remaining option appears to be using IPv6. I already have the StarLink in pass through mode with the Google wifi node as the external router. If I read the documentation correctly, IPv6 is always available so the next step was turning it on on the Google wifi router. I went into the Google Home app and turned that on in the advanced networking settings. Unfortunately, I cannot tell if the router is getting a IPv6 WAN assignment. Once I know that is occurring then I can move on to the next steps in setting up the access. Is there a way to check if an IPv6 address is being assigned to the Google wifi device? I look forward to hearing from you soon.
