I just installed a Nest Wifi Pro in my home and all seems to be working with on exception. I have a Western Digital MyCloud Home that was connected to my other router network via an ethernet switch. When I plugged the switch into the main Nest Point, devices communicated with the network. I can access the MyCloud NAS from all of my iOS devices, but I cannot access the drive from my PC. I tried removing the drive from the switch and attached it to one of the remote Nest Points, with no results (although my iPad and iPhone seem to connect and transfer files faster). Also, this NAS does not appear in the list of connected devices. Does anyone no why I can't my PC connected?

Maybe you are pointing your PC to the old LAN IP of the NAS, while the mobile app automagically finds the LAN IP of it bu scanning the network? If you haven't changed LAN settings, the LAN IP CIDR range of the Nest Wifi primary network is 192.168.86.0/24.
Could also be that you haven't bridge the modem or router in front of Nest Wifi, and your PC is connected to that device? Then it has to go through Nest Wifi built in firewall and NAT, and thus you won't be able to reach LAN devices connected to Nest Wifi. Make sure your PC is also connected to Nest Wifi. If this is the case the recommendation is to put any device in front of Nest Wifi in bridge/bypass/passthrough mode.

The modem is already in bridge mode and the PC is connected to the Nest router. If I change the LAN IP CIDR range, do I have to reboot the router?

Why would you want to change it? I don't actaully know, haven't done it before. Here is the info on setting custom LAN address:

Thanks for you help. But if modem is already set in bridge mode and the PC is connected to the Nest Pro, what other options do I have? I still can’t connect to the NAS from my PC, but still have access via my iPhone and iPad.

How do you try to access the NAS from your PC? By local IP address? By DNS name? By some WD app? SMB/file share?

On my former router, I accessed the drive local IP address or \\server\shared folder name. There is an app on my iOS devices to access the drive via that method.

On your computer, did you try with the new IP of the WD NAS? Should be 192.168.86.0-255. What happens when you do?
If you can't see the NAS IP in the Google Home device list, maybe the WD mobile app can tell you what IP it has? Or use a LAN scanner, like:

I tried the scanner, but I still cannot locate the IP address.
