hi there,

I cannot setup google wifi entry point since it does not connect to internet. I already followed all the instructions, rebooted to factory settings, deleted and installed again Google Home app into my iPhone. After trying all this, it reaches the point of scanning QR code and then, it request to connect to its own network ("setupD94XX") and then it cannot connect to internet. I'm

What should I do? shall I manually modify any of the connectivity parameters for the device network ("setupD94XX") so it can connect to my modem?

Thanks for any advice.

Try turning your WiFi off and on again in your cell phone, and turn bluetooth off and on again. THEN, restart your cell phone. Then try the Google Home app again. Should work. If it doesn't, try unplugging your Google Nest's, then restart your internet modem, then once all the lights turn green on your internet modem (after 2 to 3 minutes), turn on the Google nests. Then wait 3 minutes. Then try the Google home app again to setup. Should work now. If you do it in the wrong order, they don't detect on the cell phone app.
