I am having trouble connecting an older Brother printer to my wireless network. I had to do a factory reset recently, and I also turned on WPA3 for a little extra security boost.. Is this WPA3 in some kind of transition mode (still backward compatible)or is it strict WPA3? The printer supports WPA2.

WPA3 enabled has WPA2 still enabled too. Read more about it here:

Thanks for the reply. The home app just had a toggle switch for WPA3. Makes sense that it would really need to support legacy devices.
