On the wall I have a DSL port to connect to my existing combo modem/router(provided by ISP), and want to upgrade to google nest wifi but the ISP says the modem/router can't be set to bridging mode. Do I need a new modem and if so what should I get for best connection. I'm on FTTN NBN so already struggling for decent speed and want the best speed possible. Please help

Thanks.
