Why is Google telling me my Google nest router is suddenly an OnHub? I Hate GOOGLE AT THIS TIME

I bought a Google Home Mesh Bundle of 4 and it was working fine and I was happy. One day it decided that there is an issue and it is no longer connected to Google Home.

So, I tried to reset and connect. Several hours later and after reading multiple suggestions and watching multiple videos, finally it looked like I am making progress. But to my surprise after resetting the device multiple times, now it thinks my Google Router is an OnHub and it tells me it cannot connect to my mesh points.

I really really HATE GOOGLE AT THIS TIME. There is no where to go.

I guess I have to look into another solution where I can actually get some help when needed.

It sounds like you might have just come here to vent, I get it!  It can be frustrating.  Once you reset the router and got it working again did you reset the points?  You'd need to.

Also have you contacted support?  I've found them really helpful in the past: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp
