WiFi Point has its own network

Hi there,

I have setup a Google nest WiFi pro 3 pack and happy with the network . However tonight I have found that one of the WiFi points looks to have it’s own network

I’m not sure how this has happened. Eitherway, I have factory reset the network from the app and also held the button on the access point for 10seconds when a yellow light flashed.

after these, the WiFi point still shows. I have not way of managing/ removing as it doesn’t show I’m the app.

Is there any tips on how to remove this network ? I’m more concerned with it being open

thanks

Matt

Add it to your existing Google Home network, and it should disappear I think.

I don't work for Google.

Hello everyone,

I appreciate your assistance, @olavrb

@WonTonMJ, after getting this Google Nest Wifi Pro added to your existing mesh network, this network that's showing will be gone since it only appears when the unit is not yet setup and connected.

Best,
Lovely
