I recently had some issues with my ISP provider, Verizon FiOS. After resolving those I needed to factory reset my Google Wi-Fi points. I did that, followed the instructions and created a brand new network and painfully reconnected everything in my house from doorbells to garage door openers, hubs, nest, minis, switches, lights, etc. On my previous network, I had a schedule where all the kids devices would pause the Wi-Fi connection from 10:30 p.m. till 7:00 a.m. it was only the kids device. On my new network I have no family Wi-Fi set up. I have no downtime schedules. I have no groups of devices. It is all the devices connected to the Google Wi-Fi network. Here is the interesting part, every device in my house, even ones that were never part of the downtime schedule all go down at 10:30. The doorbell, the hubs, the nests and even in the Google home app it says my Wi-Fi points are on but zero devices are online. I tried reaching out to Google for support, however their support was less less than stellar and basically told me to reset everything yet again. I'm on my third new network and it's doing the same thing. If you're wondering, I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the Google home app signed out of everything and then reconnected as well
Has anyone experienced a similar issue and been able to overcome it? At this point it looks like I either have to live with connecting everything directly to my FiOS router and dropping Google entirely. I'm hopeful that somebody else knows where this magic setting is that keeps shutting off the internet at a certain time in my house because their support team doesn't seem to know!
Thanks in advance for all your insight, it's driving me bonkers and I just can't create another network for the 4th or 5th day in a row!!
