WiFi is lost we tried reconnecting all cables several times

 Need help we need help with google WiFi    We lost WiFi from our tv desktop and phones

To better assist you with accurate information, I’d like to ask a few questions:

  • What specific model of Google Nest Wifi device do you have? Here’s a helpful article about how to identify your Wifi device.
  • When did the issue start?
  • Have you made any recent changes to your internet service, account, or network settings?
  • Can you access the internet by connecting your devices directly to your modem with an Ethernet cable?
  • Are you getting error messages?
  • What's the status LED light on your Google Wifi device?
