Hello,
Our mesh WiFi points have started dropping connection to the Google Wifi router after two days.
We have gone through all the troubleshooting steps, but nothing works except a factory reset of the network. Each time I do a factory reset, I add our WiFi points back to the network, and mesh tests show a great connection at each point. However, after two days, the WiFi points suddenly no longer can connect to the network. This has now happened three times in a row - every time, two days later, the mesh WiFi drops. We can still get a WiFi signal from the router each time, just nothing from the WiFi points.
I reached out to Google support directly but they were not helpful. Has anyone else experienced this?

We replaced the router and the mesh network isn't dropping anymore. The router was still broadcasting WiFi, and we could connect to it from our phones/laptops. But for some reason the mesh network was gone. Once the mesh network dropped, the light would start flashing white like it was asking us to set up the WiFi network again. We didn't have time to figure out the problem as it just kept happening, so we just replaced the router.

Yes, our connection is now stable. There was some issue with our router that a factory reset wasn't solving. Replacing it with a new router resolved our issue. This can be closed.
