Common issue many are facing. Seems like the only workaround is to force stop the Google Home app and clear its' app cache. If that does not work a factory reset of each Nest Wifi puck and set up from scratch oughta do it.
Thanks for the response. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling your Google Home app? Also, please make sure that the correct home structure is selected on your Google Home app.
