My mesh WiFi has been working fine until about 3 months ago when my previously strong signal between points started to drop to weak and now all points are reported as the same.
My Sky TV continually drops signal causing the audio to drop out.
Do I need to bite the bullet and just buy something that works?

Hi I removed 2 wifi points to leave just 3. One is hard wired and the other is connected to the router but the last one is just a wifi points and despite it showing as good connection in the home app drops off the network still on occasions

Hey Mykey38,
Please try interchanging your Google Wifi with one of your other devices and making it the main router. Make sure that the Ethernet cable that you are using from the modem to your router is not damaged and is plugged in securely.
Keep me posted.
Thanks,
Lovely

A quick update. This evening the TV which is connected via Wi-Fi started buffering and then failing when watching Netflix. Switched to Apple TV and had the same problem.
Removed the hard wired Wi-Fi point and mesh connection on the two left was weak so have reinstated it.
Have reset the Google Wi-Fi router and it looks like this has solved the problem briefly.
Google Wi-Fi has worked flawlessly for 4 years, no tweaking or messing, now it seems I am having to check the connections every other day.

Hey Mykey38,
We appreciate the update and we're sorry for this experience. Please try changing the Wi-Fi password and see if that improves your connection. Also, did you factory reset your Google Nest devices by following the steps on this link? If not, go ahead and perform the steps to configure your mesh network again.
Awaiting for your response.
Cheers,
Lovely

Yes have followed the steps this morning and it appears to be ok, but it's a very small sample size

So it's be working fine until tonight and it's been flakey, checked the mess connection and the hubs which aren't connected by Ethernet have dropped from great to weak.
Its not fit for purpose at this point.

Sorry, I have had to hard wire 2 out of the 3 points which does give a level of service but it's not 100% even now with drop outs still occuring. Not sure what has happened as these were rock solid for 3 years.
