Wifi H2E y H2D

Tengo un pack de 2 unidades.

H2D que como sabemos es el enlace y puerta de salida para realizar las conexiones con los complementos como el H2E. Funciona aparentemente bien y por motivos de cambio de domicilio y tenido problemas y decidimos reiniciar el sistema y arrancar desde cero. Cual fue mi sorpresa que ahora no detecta el H2E. Quiero conectar de otra forma con el código de setup que está en el anillo de goma de la parte inferior y no encuentro donde tengo que poner dicho código y luego por otro lado aparece que pide uno de solo números y creo recordar que son 11.

Por favor, si alguien quiere o puede, me puede indicar que tengo que hacer para poder colocar otra vez el pack a funcionar?

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Nest Community. I understand you are having trouble reconnecting your H2D device to your H2E device after performing a full system reset. Specifically, the H2D is no longer detecting the H2E, and you are trying to use the setup code found on the H2E's bottom rubber ring but can't locate the proper input field to enter the code. I'm happy to help you get this resolved.

To provide the best assistance, could you please tell me:

  • What type of WiFi device do you have?

  • Have you tried to restart your router?

  • Are you using the Google Home app to set up your device?

I've reset the routers. Yes, there's no connection between the two devices (H2E and H2D).
It detects it about once out of 20 times, but when it comes to synchronizing, it can't detect the device.
When I try to add it manually, it asks for a synchronization code of 11 to 20 characters, and all I have on the base of the device is an 8-character alphanumeric code.
If necessary, I can send a photo of the underside of both devices, because I don't know how to transcribe the serial number or initial configuration code from the bottom into the new synchronization configuration. Thank you for your quick reply, and I look forward to your next report.
