Hi, I’m thinking of setting up a two Nest router system. Prime router (A) wired to the modem with two wireless Nest speaker/points in the house. Second wired Nest router (B) connected to the LAN on router A in the detached gauge (40 ft from House). And a one or two WiFi point wired to router B in a detached barn (150ft from Garage. Don't need great speed, just a solid connection so my YouTube Music will play on the Nest speakers in the garage and barn. Thanks!!

Many have asked the same in the past, so I'll just leave these search results for further reading:

Olaveb,
Thanks for the reply and link.
Going wired won't be a problem in my out buildings.
I have not read that if the main house with a wireless Nest system mixed with a Google WiFi wired router will work.
Thanks

Mixed backhaul should work, but it's recommended to go all wireless or all wired, as mixed backhaul can cause strange behavior and loops.
