Wifi mesh point dropping connection randomly.

The past few months we have noticed points randomly going offline.  Recently it appears all 5  of my points are dropping to the extent we have no wifi at all.  Extremely annoying and don't see any firmware support based on the comments enclosed.

Same here. From ten days I'm experiencing random offline point and it's really annoying. I have 3 points

Same here, it is so frustrating because I have done a lot of research about this issue and it seems to be a problem with Google's firmware, meaning that there is simply nothing I can do until the next firmware is rolled out. I've been experiencing this on and off for months and recently it disconnects multiple times daily, Tried factory resetting and more and there doesn't seem to be a fix at the moment 😕 Apparently contacting Google help doesn't do much either, according to other forums/users.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Wifi points going offline. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

 

  • What's the light status of the Wifi points when they go offline?
  • How far are the Wifi points from each other?
