Already summited feedback and logs for this. Seems this is a common issue but thought to through my lot in with the others.
Internet speed slows down within 24 hours for endpoints connected through Nest Wifi. Internet speeds restore the exact moment a Nest speed test is run from the Home app.
Speed tests from the endpoint do not restore the internet speed for wifi endpoints. Only a speed test from the Nest itself will restore internet speeds.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Wait 24 hours
2. Run Google search engine speed test from endpoint. Results are slow wifi speeds for all endpoints (computer and mobile devices).
3. Run speed test from Nest using Home app.
4. Run Google search engine speed test from endpoint. Results are significantly higher wifi speeds. You can actually run simultaneous speed tests from the Nest and the endpoint. The moment the Nest speed test starts, the endpoint wifi speeds will significantly increase, returning to expected levels.

I can confirm this exact same behavior. This started in the last couple weeks where my speeds were getting progressively slower. Before I was doing a restart network from within the Google Home app and that would resolve the issue, but today I have this a shot.
From the the google search speedtest I was getting 44Mbps download. I went into the Google Home app and went to the router in my mesh deployment and ran the speed test which returned 326M/22M. I then reran the google search speedtest and got 275M/19M
Something is degrading over the course of a day and then when a test is run from the router via the app it gets resolved. It will then continue to degrade again over the course of the day.
Happy to provide any diagnostics as needed to help troubleshoot this.

Resolved my issue by turning off the QoS settings.

Hey, leechr. Thanks for coming back and sharing the fix for you. Before I mark this as resolved, is there anything else you might need here?
Thanks.

Sounds great, leechr. I'll go ahead and mark this as resolved, but if you need anything else down the road, feel free to open up a new discussion.
Thanks.
