My internet service is 250/250 but I am consistently getting 130/220 on my gen 1 google wifi router.
This is the speed test on the router itself, not on connected devices (which are even slower).
I've performed a factory reset on the router and currently have only two devices connected, none of which has made any different.
Connecting a PC directly to the ONT, bypassing the google wifi, results in speeds greater than 250/250.

Hi, rayman.
Sorry to hear about your speed issues on the WiFi network. I'll be happy to look at this and help you sort things out here. I have a few questions to get us looking in the right direction on this.
I'll look for your reply on this and I look forward to getting this sorted out with you.
Thanks.

Thanks.
They are consistently slow.
I'm running it without any mesh satellite points for testing.
I'm using the Home app. Other speed tests give similar results.
Again, for testing purposes, the network only has one device on it.
No preferred activities.

Thanks for the update, rayman.
Could you turn on a preferred activity and run a speed test? We haven't quite identified why yet, but sometimes setting a preferred activity lifts the entire network speed. If that doesn't work, remove the preferred activity, and then set a device to be prioritized, it can be any device on the network, and then run the speed test again.
Let me know if you see any changes there.
Thanks.

Hi, rayman.
I'm just checking to see if you saw my last message and to see if you were able to run that test. If so, let me know what results you saw.
Thanks.

Hi, everyone.
Just one quick final check in here since activity has slowed down. We'll be locking the thread in the next 24 hours, but if you still need help, I would be happy to keep it open. If there's more we can do, just let me know.
Thanks.

Hi, everyone.
As we haven't had any activity here recently I'm going to go ahead and close the thread. If you have more to add, feel free to start a new discussion.
Thanks
