changed wi-fi - can’t connect nest!

We’ve changed from Sky to Shell fibre broadband and now can’t connect.

Hi, simoneddo.

Sorry to hear you're having connection issues. When you switched ISPs, did you wire everything up the same way as with your old hardware? Does the new modem you got from Shell include a wireless network as well, or is it just a standard modem? Did you reset your router at any point?
