google nest pro keeps going amber

hello, having an experience with my Google Nest Pro, it goes amber every 30 seconds though I still have internet connectivity while the amber light blinks and stops to a solid white.
 possible reasons why it goes amber every 30min and resolution. i just installed the setup for my client

Can you provide more info please?:

• Who is the ISP?
• How is the network set up (I.e. from the connection from outside to the last point)?
• When you say "I still have connectivity", what do you mean? Where are you verifying the connectivity?
