Si tu problema el con el Chromcast de segunda generacion y reiniciaste el dispositivo a la configuracion de fabrica, lo que debes hacer con teléfonos Android es lo siguiente:

Cambia la fecha de tu teléfono a 8 de marzo, desactiva actualización simultanea de fecha.

Entra a tu Home y empieza la configuración automática, cuando finaliza automáticamente todo vuelve a funcionar

No te olvides de volver a activar en tu Android la fecha automática

Esta solución la tome de alguien de la comunidad

Seria bueno que Google lo sepa ya que hay muchos usuarios que están esperando le digan como solucionarlo
