Hi @persahmil,

Thank you for posting in the community. I understand you're having some issues connecting your Nest Wifi point to the Google Home app using the setup code, especially since you don't have the QR code available during the setup process, because you previously reset the device. I'm happy to help.

Since you mentioned you have reset your Nest Wifi point, please confirm if you reset the device first from the Google Home app and then performed a factory reset using the reset button. If the device was not removed from the Google Home app, you will not be able to set it up back in the app.

If you can still see your Nest Wifi point in the Google Home app, just reset it from the app as indicated in the article Factory reset your Wifi device.

Please also confirm you follow the correct process when factory resetting your Nest Wifi point by following the steps below:

  1. Press and hold the factory reset button on your point.
  2. After about 5 seconds, your device will begin the factory reset process. Continue to hold the button for about 10 seconds, until there's a sound confirming that the device is resetting.
  3. Once complete, your point will pulse blue to indicate that it's ready for setup.

Please keep me posted.

Regards,

Anders
