google nest with starlink

I recently got starlink. I use a wireless bridge from my internet router to my google nest system.
It works fine with my old DSL router. But if I switch it to the new starlink router, the google nest doesnt find the internet. Nothing i can do with my phone app changes anything. Switch it back to the dsl, it works fine.
This is a generation 3 starlink router, with built in ethernet jacks, and the starlink app shows the wireless bridge as a device.

Hi @ries,

I understand that you're having trouble connecting your Google Nest system to the internet when using your Starlink router. I'm here to help you resolve this issue.

To provide the best possible assistance, I would appreciate it if you could answer the following questions:

  1. Is the wireless bridge connected directly to the Starlink router or to a different device (e.g., a switch)?
  2. Have you tried connecting the Google Nest system directly to the Starlink router (without using the wireless bridge) to see if it works?
  3. Does the Google Nest system connect to the internet when you use the wireless bridge with the old DSL router?
  4. Are there any error messages or indicators on the Starlink router or Google Nest system that might provide clues about the issue?
  5. Have you tried restarting both the Starlink router and Google Nest system?

By answering these questions, we can better understand the specific circumstances and troubleshoot the issue more effectively.

Regards,

Josh
