google wifi hard wire problems

I have the google wifi with 3 points.  recently I switched from xfinity to surf internet fiber.  i ran CAT 6 cable in my crawl space to where my router is.  i have cable tested the cables and they are wired correctly.  i bought a tp-link network switch. i have the modem going to the first point into the web icon on the back.  then out of the first point to my switch where all the cables from my other rooms are.  i have great connection to my back room point and i have weak connection to my master bedroom.  i cant figure out whats going on any help would be appreciated.  tried to chat with google and call them but didnt get anywhere with that.
