I can't re-open an existing case from the menu choices at Google Nest Help. Is there a link or a URL? Nothing at https://support.google.com/wifi/contact. I searched at https://support.google.com/wifi and https://productforums.google.com/forum. nothing there either. @ links to members. thanks

Hi, chipeccles.
Sorry for the issues you're having with your case. If you have a case ID number from your last interaction with support, you can start up a new chat or phone call with them and give them that number. Using the case ID, they will be able to pull up your interaction history with them. If you have any issues, please let me know.
