iOS and iPadOS devices can't connect to internet properly using Nest Wifi

Use Google Nest Wifi with Ziply fiber ISP.

Windows PC and Mac are working fine using Nest Wifi.

Apps on iPad and iPhone can't connect to the internet when on Nest Wifi except for a few.

App Store, Mail, Youtube etc. can't connect to the internet.

Tiktok still works. Twitter can receive pushes but can't refresh the timeline.

only Google.com can still be loaded on the browser, no other websites work.

What an amazing bug that Google engineer is capable of creating. Given that the issue lasted so long with no solution (the last firmware update was in August), I feel I want the job in this department so that I can coast.

Things I've tried that didn't work:
1. Set DNS manually to 8.8.8.8 or 114.114.114.114

2. toggle off private Wi-Fi Address

3. Toggle off Limit IP address Tracking

4. enable/disable IPv6

5. reset the network setting on the Apple device

6. reset nest wifi

7. contact Google CS, Apple CS, ISP CS, no solution from them
