I have a Google Nest Wifi Mesh Router, connected by ethernet cable to the Spectrum box. The Mesh Router provides my home WiFi network, which connects to an additional Mesh router to extend the network. I was able to set up the network using the Google Home ap on my iPhone. The phone is an iPhone 11 Pro, running 15.1.
This phone will no longer connect to the internet. In settings I'm able to connect to the home network, but under my network's name I see "No Network Connection" in yellow type. My laptops and Peloton have no trouble accessing the internet through the network; it just seems to be my phone that can't get on.
Any insights into how I can fix this would be very much appreciated!

A great example of terrible customer service. After more than a year reporting the issue we need to fill a form😂. There is plenty of information being reported on this thread if you really want to investigate the issue!

It seems Google is more interested in following corporate procedures than fixing the issue!!!

Hi Eranjo,
Have you filled out the form? If you haven't, that is the next step in helping you diagnose and fix the problem you've been having here. What this will do is get the attention of a higher tier of support, and they will reach out to you personally. They'll have more tools and resources than you'll find here, and they can take a closer look at your setup. Filling out the form really is the true next step to a resolution.
Thanks,
Jeff

Hi Mei,
thanks for your suggestion. However, it’s still not working for me unfortunately. I need to first connect to another router then connect the router to google router so that my iOS devices are able to connect to the WiFi from google router.

Hi,
Could you please explain what was causing the issue and how these new settings will resolve the problem?
