I am trying to reconnect my Google nest Wi-Fi to create a net work with three other points. When attempting to install the nest router it is found by google home. it is directly connected to my modem,is found, i scan QR code, it tries but it fails to connect to the Internet. It had been working in the past but i tried to install it at my daughters house. i got the same issue there. I have done a factory reset of the Google nest, I've even tried deleting Google Home app, I deleted and re-created my home. I've even tried using two separate modems, and they both get the same failure and trying to connect a Google nest router.
the current modem is s netgear cm1200

Hi, twowheelsforme.
Sorry for the setup issues you're having. I know it can be really frustrating not to be able to get devices online. During the setup process, have you tried using the code printed on the bottom of the router instead of using the QR code option? Sometimes things go better using the printed code rather than the QR scan. Give that a try and if it doesn't work, let me know and we'll move onto more troubleshooting efforts. I look forward to working this out with you.
Thanks.

Hi, twowheelsforme.
I'm happy to hear you got things working again. As we have this resolved, I'll go ahead and close up the thread, but if you need anything else at all, please feel free to open up a new discussion.
Thanks!
