Sorry to hear about the streaming issues you're having. I imagine that's quite frustrating to deal with. Let's see what's going on and how to get this fixed for you.

I do have some questions that might help us figure things out.

• Are you getting any error messages, or is it simply not playing?
• Will it start playing and stop, or will it not play at all?
• Do you have issues casting any other streaming services?
• Are you playing right on the device, or are you casting?
• Do you have any default music providers set?
