stops casting

I like to stream music when I sleep but the casting will stop randomly. Some nights no issues will go all nights and others will only last ############ minutes.  Has there ever been a fix to this issue? It's annoying to get woken up when the sound transfers go back to my phone.

I'm casting from a one plus to a nest wifi point. Issue started as soon as I started using it. It stops randomly. Some times get through the night.

Thanks for the swift reply. To confirm, are you streaming music from your phone to your Nest WiFi point using Bluetooth? Do you have a Chromecast device?

@Cloudstrif78, I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with casting music to your Google Nest WiFi point. Just to isolate the issue, is your Google Home app showing that your WiFi point is still playing when the music stops?

One more question. When the music stops, can you immediately start it up again, or does the cast option disappear for you?

I cannot recall it happening with YouTube but the apps I use most are patreon and Spotify.

Got it, How many Google Nest Wi-Fi do you have? Does it happen to all of them? How far is it from the router?

3 points about 20 feet from the router. Unknown if it happens to all of them as the bedroom is the only place I cast for periods longer than 20 minutes.
