switched to newer wifi mesh system, now one laptop is not connecting

I purchased the new version of Nest Wifi Pro. All devices are connecting just fine to the new mesh, save one laptop. It states that I cannot connect to this network over wifi. All other devices are connected. Also, this device connects fine to hotspots, tethers, etc.

I cannot find (in the newest version of the google home app) to see if there are any restrictions that would block the device.

I am worried that it was a block (since the prior setup was in the old house), that somehow is bleeding through to the settings. Is that possible? What else can I try?

Do you have WPA3 turned on? If so, try turning it off?

What brand/model of laptop is it? Have you checked the manufacturer's website for the latest version of its Wi-Fi driver?

HP envy running windows 11. I’ll double check on the WPA3, But I thought I had turned it off.

I did confirm that I had the latest network drivers on everything. I tethered into my phone and had HP run a diagnostic on it.
