I have Google nest wifi mesh. When connected to this network, I am unable to load Instagram stories. When I switch to another network, I am able to load Instagram stories. Please advise.

Hey, joecunnington.

Sorry about the Instagram issue you're seeing. That sounds quite confusing and frustrating. Let's walk through this and get it sorted out. I have a few questions for you to help us get started.

  • Is it only the Instagram stories that won't load, or are posts not loading as well?
  • Is it limited to a device, or is it across all devices?
  • Do Facebook stories and posts load correctly?
  • Have you noticed any other platforms that aren't loading?

If you can get me that info, we can start getting this worked out. I look forward to your response.

Thanks.
