why won’t my phone connect to the nests wifi for setup?

i tried forgetting the network and restarting both devices but no luck

Hey there Blake Dahlke, 

I'm so sorry for the late response, but I wanted to hop in here to make sure you received some help. I understand wifi issues with your phone can be confusing, but I'm happy to look into this for you. 

I just have a few questions that I want to ask in order to pinpoint the issue if you don't mind. 

• What kind of phone do you have? 
• What troubleshooting steps have you taken?
• Have you tried doing a restart on the network?

Once I hear back from you, I'll be able to look a little deeper into things. I look forward to hearing from you.
