Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the community. The reason for YouTube's “No Connection” message is most likely your Internet connection. In most cases, just refreshing the page fixes the problem, but in other cases, it's not enough. For example, your mobile device only uses one Internet connection at a time. It is either using Wi-Fi or your mobile data connection.
Here's how to troubleshoot with either your phone or computer. You may also want to check where YouTube is open on other devices (phones, tablets, etc.) and log out.
