I don’t like this. No phone number to call no one to talk to. I’m trying to pay to get service and keep getting the runaround on the internet. Is there any one can help. I’m about to go to a real security company.
Have you tried the "Contact Us" link below? If you just click "Next step" on the Resources page you usually get options for a phone call or chat, depending on the time and region you're calling from. Right now, it says less than a 3 minute wait:
