Need help!!!

Desperate for help. Purchased a house with nest x Yale pick with the connect. Also have the nest thermostat. Was able to connect the thermostat And the nest connect in the nest app. For the life of me I cannot get the Yale like to connect in the app. After I scan the code it says to hold the button on the back of the lock until it turns blue that is not happening and the app keeps quitting. Tried that about 10 times to get batteries also. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. 

  • Do you still need help with this issue? I know that there's been a delay in response since you posted.
  • What other troubleshooting steps have you done thus far?
  • Have you tried to restart the lock? Or even try to Factory Reset your lock? You can learn how here
