i need to retrieve video from a 8 days ago but my subscription is for 5 days. Any way to get the videos from the cloud?

Google Nest Help says: "All video history is deleted on a rolling basis. This means that, depending on the Nest Aware subscription you have, older saved video is deleted from the cloud after a certain number of days." (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9681538?hl=en)
It probably would be unethical or inappropriate--if not illegal--for Google Nest to be saving video history without our knowledge or authorization beyond our subscription period.
