I purchased a Nest Doorbell just a few weeks ago and the camera has fallen a few times on the concrete due to poor mounting bracket design. If anyone bumps against the camera it falls off. In any case how do I repair the lense and is their better way to mount the camera to avoid it falling so easily?

Google Nest does not offer repair services. You'll need to contact Support for a replacement, starting with this link:

I don't have any ideas for how to mount it better, except to note that there are other reports in this forum about mounting issues with the new Google Nest doorbells.

Are you sure you're clipping it in all the way? I have never had mine fall.
