Outlets of power strip appear offline

Hi,
I'm new here and I hope I'm posting in the right section.

I have a DLink powerstrip model DSP-W245 and yesterday I had a period without electricity and when this happens unfortunately I have to reset my device and reconfigure all over again. So I did it.
Right after the configuration the outlets of the powerstrip appeared separately right away in the Google Home App but 3 of 4 appeared offline. So, I can control only one outlet via Google.
On Dlink's app all the outlets appear just fine and I can control all of them without any problem.

This never happened to me before and I had to reset this device dozens of times.

What I tried:

- Reset the device 3 times;
- Uninstall/reinstall the Dlink's app;
- Uninstall/reinstall Google Home App;
- Unlink Dlink account three or four times;
- Changing the names of the outlets;
- Moving the outlets to other divisions;
- Restart the router;
- Unplug/plug the powerstrip;

Can someone help?

Thank you in advance.

Thanks for reaching out. Can you try the following:

  • Ensure the Google Home app is updated to the latest version.
  • In the device settings of your phone, clear the cache and data for the Google Home app. This can sometimes resolve software-related glitches.
  • Use a different Gmail account in Google Home app to link DLink devices.

Hi armen_dpe thank you for the reply.

I just tried everything you said, even with another gmail account the three plugs out of four from the powerstrip still appear offline. However, I can control these devices individually by voice (I discovered it by chance) but if I go to Google Home app these devices are offline and I can't control them by clicking on them.

I also tried cleaning the cache and data of the Google Home app and of course I uninstalled / installed  the app.

If you have more insights to share, it would be nice.

Thank you.
