I want to add a household member, but not give them access to delete videos and users and all that stuff. I want to add a household member to everything, but not give them the right to delete history and devices/me from the account.

Unfortunately, Google Nest does not have different permission levels; all household members have "full access and control of devices & services" (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9155535?hl=en&sjid=1581454248645171887-NC#zippy=%2Cmana...).

Google Nest does not have a mechanism to provide selective access and control.  When someone becomes a member of a home, the following info and settings are shared with them: 

• Full access and control of devices & services

• Home activity

• Contact information & home address

• Assistant features
