Shutter Vs Blinds in Google Home APP

Shutters and Blinds devices share basicaly the same traits.
My question is  : why in the google home app , blinds devices let you see it's exact state or percentage and you can issue commands simply by clicking on it , while Shutters don't , you can't control them within the app, only using the vocal assistant .
Is there some traits i need to add in shutter to allow these features , or its simply made that way and can't be changed.
Please Help.

Even if two device types share the same set of traits, it's not necessary for them to have the same icons or to control them in same manner. Each device serves a very specific purpose, hence the uniqueness in the way in which they can be controlled .
