googlehome IOS APP Live video unavailable. But Google Home Hub is normal

googlehome show error: Live video unavailable. The camera may be unreachable or saving battery, "cameraStreamProtocol":"webrtc". The action.devices.commands.GetCameraStream command of the googlehome app has been received, but there is no request later.

Please mention the camera brand and add additional details like logs and screenshot within the ticket. Also share the ticket id here.
