Hello Vincenzo,
This sounds like an account linking issue between Shelly and Google Home, even though you've tried multiple times.

Try these steps:

  1. Unlink completely: Remove Shelly integration from Google Home, then unlink Google from your Shelly app
  2. Clear app data: Clear cache/data for Google Home app
  3. Relink in this order: First connect Google account in Shelly app, then add Shelly service in Google Home
  4. Check regions: Make sure both accounts are set to the same country/region

If still failing:

  • Try linking from a different device
  • Check if your Shelly devices show as "online" in the Shelly app when the linking fails

The "no devices" message usually means the account handshake completed but device discovery failed. This often resolves after waiting 10-15 minutes and refreshing the Google Home app.

Hi Vincenzo,

It sounds like a common Google Home–Shelly linking issue. A few things to try:

  1. Unlink and relink accounts – In Google Home, remove the Shelly account completely, then reconnect it.
  2. Check location and language settings – Sometimes devices don’t appear if your Google Home location or language isn’t supported.
  3. Update firmware/apps – Make sure both Shelly devices and app are on the latest versions.
  4. Use the correct Google account – Ensure you’re signed into Google Home with the same account linked to Shelly.
  5. Force sync – In Google Home, go to Add > Works with Google > Shelly, then choose “Sync devices” after linking.

If it still doesn’t appear, Shelly’s support recommends removing devices from Shelly Cloud and re-adding them before linking again.

This usually fixes the “no devices found” problem.

Thanky you for your answer.

I solved the ussue with the following steps:

- romove the link between google and shelly

delete shelly account

-  after a couple of minutes recreate it,

- reassociate the the shelly's device

- recreate a link with google
