2 different shades screen display for my google nest hub gen 1

Hi i sent an email from e link i saw on one of e review jus nw. Hope Google can look into this and help me resolve.

 

i had the same issue with one of the review. Is quite a new set that seldom used. Should not expect this to happen. It is hard and annoying to look at it every moment.

Sorry to hear about your Google Nest Hub (1st gen), but thanks for bringing this up. I’d love to dig deeper into this - when did the issue start? Have you tried to reset the device? Please share a clear photo of the device showing the issue so we can further check what's going on with your device. 

 

Also. please check the firmware version of your device by following the steps below:

 

  • On the Nest display, swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen, then tap Settings  > About device.

Hey pgpen,

 

My apologies for the delayed response. We appreciate your efforts. Below are the steps on how to insert an image in a post:

 

  1. Start a new post.
  2. Click Insert Image.
  3. Choose an image source location.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions

Also, once done uploading the photo, please fill out this form with all the information needed and let me know once done.

Hi my issue is abt 2 different tones on display. One dark, one bright m. Not abt insert image. Can answer me on my issue and not digress to other issue. Pls revert to me soon
